Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

 

 

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the standards that apply to the use of all

services (“Services”) provided by NetClick. By using our Services, you agree to

comply with this AUP, in addition to our General Terms and Conditions and any other

applicable policies.

 

  1. Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this AUP is to:

  • Ensure responsible, lawful, and secure use of our Services;
  • Protect our customers, our network, and the broader internet community;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) Code of Conduct.

 

  1. Agreement

By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to use them in a manner

consistent with this AUP. Failure to comply may result in suspension, restriction, or

termination of your Services without prior notice.

 

  1. Unacceptable Use

You may not use our Services for:

3.1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities

– Any criminal or fraudulent activity

– Infringement of intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright piracy, software cracking).

– Distribution of offensive, abusive, defamatory, or hate speech content.

3.2 Network and Service Abuse

– Activities that compromise, disrupt, or degrade the integrity, security, or

performance of our network, systems, or those of others.

– Unauthorized access attempts (hacking, phishing, denial-of-service attacks).

– Running open mail relays, port scanning, or similar harmful practices.

3.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

– Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or direct marketing in contravention of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) or other applicable laws.

3.4 Misuse of Resources

– Reselling, redistributing, or sharing your connection outside the terms of your Service Agreement.

– Excessive usage that unfairly impacts the experience of other customers, where applicable fair-use thresholds apply.

 

  1. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Securing your devices, passwords, and accounts.
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your Services.
  • Promptly notifying us if you suspect your account or connection has been compromised.

 

  1. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to us at: abuse@netclick.co

We investigate all valid reports and reserve the right to act at our discretion.

 

  1. Enforcement

We may, without liability, take any of the following actions against violations:

  • Issue a warning;
  • Suspend or restrict access to Services;
  • Terminate Services;
  • Report the matter to relevant authorities.

 

  1. Amendments

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated

to customers via email and/or posted on our website.
